Yeilds: 1 Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
6 eggs-Beaten
2 1/4 cup sugar
4 T. vanilla extract
1 T. lemon extract (more if you want a more lemony flavor)
3 quarts half and half
Mix together until sugar is dissolved.
Mix in Ice Cream Mixer for 20 minutes or until desired consistency.
